Radhaji is simultaneously present in the Form and Formless nature. She is present as the substance in the atom and greatness in any great object. Just as we cannot hold the Formlessness, which is infinite and all pervading, we cannot hold even the Form that is shining as the witness consciousness. We must synchronise both - the Form and Formlessness.

Krishna thus clearly stated that only he who experiences the presence of God everywhere is a real Mahatma.
Prahlada worshipped the tattwa of all-pervading God. He experienced the presence of God in the form and formless nature. So you must see Mother in the Form and Formlessness too. Both of them must synchronise and live together. That is Radhaji's life! She possesses both Form and Formless nature. She suddenly disappears while speaking(in one form). Then She takes another form. We must worship such Form and Formlessness.
You can reach Radhaji only through Sakhi because Sakhi is the embodiment of the Formless mother. We must synchronise Sri Radha and Her sakhi. We must understand how sakhi is the embodiment of Radhaji. Then only we can synchronization is possible. God with a form and name cannot be all pervading. Radhaji is embodiment of bhava. We must attain Her through bhava. The embodiment of bhava came down to earth in the form of sakhi.
You descended on earth as a sakhi and remained on earth as a sakhi.
Radhaji is shining everywhere as the infinite resplendent glow. She took a form and is shining in the appearance of a sakhi. This is the implication of Nanna's words - "Mother is Formless. I, Mother's sakhi have a Form. You must synchronise the form and formlessness."

Seeing Krishna's infinite form (Vishwaroopa), Arjuna exclaimed, 'I am seeing your all pervading infinite form and the innumerable shoulders, stomachs, faces and eyes. O Lord! I am unable to identify the beginning, middle and end of your Infinite form'

-Gita: 11-16

Thus God's tattwa is all pervading. If the infinite form of Lord Krishna, glowing with the six divine qualities (shadbhagassulu), viz, prabhutwamu(rule), dharmamu(principles), yasassu(fame), sampada(wealth), gyanamu(knowledge) and vairagyamu(detachment) is all pervading and shining everywhere; we cannot even imagine how the immensely radiant form of Sri Radha, the embodiment of his soul and rasa would shine! The Vedas and words of Rasika Mahatmas mention that Sri Krishna constantly worshipped Radhaji's delicate and loving formless radiance of rasa. Sri Radha, the embodiment of infinite and formless radiance takes a form and displays divine leelas of love along with Krishna. Thus She showers rasa on the human beings.
Among form and formlessness, the latter is more powerful. It is an exquisite and enormous power. Steam is generated from the water. Yet a train cannot be run with water. Only steam has that power. In the same way, the formless is more powerful than the form (like steam). Though the form is also a manifestation of Mother, it will take us forward to some extent only. We can go beyond 'prakriti' to 'para' only with the formless! Till the level of 'para', everything is 'prakriti'. Brahma and other Gods belong to prakriti. Para is Mother's world. That is where we all must reach. It is difficult to hold the formless in our dhyana at once. So you must contemplate on the leelas She displayed in Her Form and synchronise with Her formless nature. Even 'mantra' belongs to prakriti. You must go beyond mantra also. As you contemplate on 'Radhe Radhe', Radhaji, the embodiment of Mahabhava will gradually transform name into bhava. Bhava is formless.

This means that the Supreme Sovereign is present everywhere in bhava roopa.!

A rasika devotee named Shyamanandji who worshipped the dual form of Radha and Krishna succeeded in synchronizing the Form and Formless. That mahatma who converted his family life into a spiritual realm saw only Radhaji in every atom of the universe. Throughout the day he was engaged in worship of the Duo (idol form) and serving the needy. During night he spent his time in dhyana on Her all pervading formlessness. Thus his life was filled with rasa. Shyamaji was very pleased with him. While passing by his hermitage, She dropped Her anklet. In the early hours of the next day, Shyamanandji was doing his daily chores thinking of Mother. As soon as he saw the resplendenly shining anklet in front of his hermitage, he exclaimed.'This is the anklet worn by my Swamini, it is not an ordinary one.' He securely tied it in a cloth.
When Mother was relaxing, Lalitha sakhi noticed and asked about the missing anklet of Her right foot. Sriji sweetly said 'Lalita, when we passed Shyamanand's hermitage it probably fell there. Will you please see there?' Lalita sakhi went to his hermitage disguised as a housewife. When she saw that he was sailing in waves of rasa, she understood that he obtained the anklet. Shyamandji acknowledged her presence with respect. She said ' my daughter-in-law's anklet fell down here. Did you see it?' 'That is the divine anklet worn by Sri Radha, the Swamini of Krishna who rules the whole Universe. It is not an ordinary anklet' Shyamanandji said firmly. Lalita sakhi smiled and granted him darshan in her original form. 'It is true that it is the anklet worn by Radhaji. I am Lalita sakhi. Mother sent me to brink the anklet from you.'
Shyamanandji was overjoyed. His senses were yearning for thr darshan of Sriji. He controlled himself with difficulty and said,'Devi, I want to confirm that it is Mother's only by adorning it on Her foot
' He became so emotional that he could not speak more. Lalita sakhi smiled and disappeared. When Mother heard what happened, She was very pleased. The penance he did by syncronising the form and formless bore fruit. The Supreme Sri Radha who is unattainable even to Brahma and other Gods in their dhyana granted Her darshan to Shyamanandji. Who can describe his fortune? He saw Her as if his whole body had eyes and soul saying, 'Mother! You
.' 'Shyamanand. I am Radha!' Shyamanandji eyes were brimming with tears of joy. With downcast eyes, looking only at Her lotus feet he said 'Mother, It is said that Radha does not exist without Krishna and Krishna without Radha. Then
' It was clear that the mahatma was yearning to have a darshan of the Divine Duo(Yugal darshan). Radhaji smiled and called upon Krishna. Within seconds he manifested before Her.
'Radha, why did You call me?' 'Shyamanand wishes to have our Yugal darshan. Shyamanand, That is Krishna. I am Radha. Now will you give my anklet?' She stretched Her delicate hands. Shyamanandji became blessed. There is no match to his fortune in all the 14 worlds. While all the Gods cannot attain darshan of Her feet even after ages of penance, the Rasa Devi granted him Yugal darshan. By Her grace, he gained control on his mind and said, 'Mother. I am blessed by Your Yugal darshan. I want to adorn this anklet on Your foot
.' he pleaded, washing Her feet with his tears.
The compassionate Mother placed Her lotus feet in Shyamanandji's lap, those feet which Sri Krishna, the Ruler of all worlds places in his lap and anoints with color. Lo and behold! Shyamanandji, who bent forward to put the anklet fainted with joy of Her darshan. Sriji made a mark on his forehead with color, thus marking the beginninng of Shyamanandji's cult. In a state of rasa, Shyamanandji narrated the incident to his Guru, ran towards Radhakund and jumped into the pond singing 'Radhe Radhe'. His physical body could not be traced. The Swamini accepted him in Her dham as a sakhi.

Shyamanandji worshipped the tattwa of form and formlessness of the all-pervading Supreme Mother. When he attained the state of synchronizing the form and formless, he gained the fortune of Her darshan and touch. This is what Mother preaches to the world! Do not stop with worshipping the form (idol). With that support, you must move towards the formless. Radhaji has pervaded all the worlds. Dhyana on such a Mother should be only in bhava. When you restrict to form, it relates to prakriti. Prakriti will pull you down. The letters in the mantra and in name also belong to prakriti. These may take you upto a certain level, but you cannot go beyond that. God cannot be attained. Swami Vivekananda said that God lives in bhavaloka. So God belongs to bhavaloka and not to prakriti. You must go beyond name and mantra. You may wonder that 'Radha' is also a word (and so related to prakriti). Radhaji's true form is bhavaroopa and She is formless. So though you may start with the form, after sometime, formless will certainly 'touch' you. Nanna, who perfectly synchronised the form and formless tattwa said, "I started with the form. Slowly I progressed in this way and reached the formless. Once you are touched by the formless, you will attain the bhava that wherever you are, Mother is with you"
"You must see Mother even in small objects. There are some birds on the tree in our ashram. Mother feels happy when She sees those little birds. Such is Her love even on small living beings! Recently it rained heavily one day. I thought that the little birds will be crying in their nest and sent some biscuit crumbs for them. Don't neglect anything as small or menial. You must look after them just as Mother looks after us. Then only synchronisation of form and formless is possible", Nanna said on 14.9.2002
The Gita preaches that one who neglects and goes against the (sastras)religious norms and behaves as he likes will never find success, happiness and even a place in para. Radhaji is even beyond such sastras and also Vedas, which is condidered to be the source of these sastras. Mother has told us to adorn our mind with the four divine principles. Sakhi is our Guru who has guided us on this path of rasa. We all are indeed blessed. Nanna's appearance (body) is form; his love is formless. When we synchronise both, we can understand this tattwa a little.
Nanna granted granted us three unique ways (to reach Her) : Sri Radha archana (worship) ; Sri Radha sankeertana (recital of name) and Sri Radha dhyana (meditation). While archana and sankeertan relate to form, dhyana relates to the formless. Through archana, sankeertan and dhyana, Nanna made the synchronisation of form and formless very easy. While we find our deity and Her name in archana and sankeertan; there is only formlessness in dhyana! Radha roopa, Radhanama, Radhabhava - synchronisation of the three is truly synchronisation of the form and formless!
