Radhaji will certainly grant the experience Her presence to the devotee who sincerely does Sri Radha dhyana. Her pious looks will grace him. Sri Radha's all pervading bhava is the root of Sri dhyana yoga. By this dhyana, ananya nishta will gradually become deep rooted in your heart. Sriji, who is always eager to bless Her devotees, nurtures the ananya rasika bhakti of her devotees. She lightens the mind, words and deeds of the devotee and makes his life delightful and filled with rasa.

In Radha dhyana yoga darshan comes first and sadhana follows! Either Radhaji or Radhasakhi enables you to do sadhana. Mother Herself has encompassed this world in the form of Sakhi.
Due to the karmic effects of several years, the jeeva's mind is harsh and dirty. The burden of karma cannot pull down the man who does Radha dhyana with sincerity and determination. The reason is simple - he is doing the highest and most significant dhyana yoga. Mother carefully observes his happiness and hopes from within him. She protects him from becoming a prey to base senses. Sri Radha dhyana yoga is amazing ananda yoga (blissful yoga). Sri Radha dhyana yoga is that yoga which detaches man from the pull of those base pleasures, which became the cause of his downfall; it provides him with a divine touch of ecstasy and directs his free will towards God. There is no time limit for this dhyana. We must continue this dhyana carefully till we reach the holy feet of Sri Radha.

The bhava of Tatsukhena sukhitwam pleases Mother very much. 'Vaishnava janatho preethi parayo
' Sri Narasimha Mehta sang these notes which mean that he who has affection towards his neighbour is a Vaishnava. The sadhaka who practices Sri Radha dhyana will certainly understand the inner meaning of this divine quality. Nanna once remarked that each principle of rasopasana (practicing rasa) is like a vast ocean.
Sri Radha bhava is Sri Radha dhyana yoga! The life of the sadhaka who practices Radha dhyana reflects the divine qualities of Mother. Nanna used to say, 'Those who do do Mother's dhyana will invariably attain Her qualities.' Sri Radha dhyana yoga only nurtures rasopasana and makes it more powerful. As the bhava becomes more stable, rasopasana reaches a higher peak.
In order to do incessant dhyana , the four qualities of rasopasana are necessary, viz, Ananya nishta, Tatsukhena sukhi bhava, Sakara nirakara samanvayam and nitya sahachari vratham. While in a state of sakhibhava, Nanna said that incessant dhyana will fructify by two factors: being detached towards the world and viewing it as a mirage as well as yearning for oneness with God and being in the bhava that She is always with you. Only sakhi can grant Sri Radha dhyana yoga. Sakhi is the personification of rasa who is engaged in incessant Radha dhyana. In the spiritual world, there are many paths to reach God. But Sri Radha's worship is at a very high plane. Unless someone is an ananya Rasikacharya and attains sakhi bhava, he is not even eligible to utter 'Radhe Radhe'. It is due to this reason that many spiritual gurus hesitate to follow this path and do Radha dhyana. It is necessary to be acquainted with the power of rasa to practice Radha dhyana. The Rasika Mahatmas of Brindavan are constantly engaged in ananya Radha upasana (worship of Radha). The Rasikacharyas who attained sakhi bhava transform rasa into their life; through their living they hand over Sri Radha rasopasana and Sri Radha bhava dhyana to the world. Nanna, who is proclaimed by the Brindavan Mahatmas as 'Rasika Siromani' and 'He is the confidential Sakhi of Radhaji' handed over this rasopasana to South India. He constantly experienced the presence of Radhaji and hence granted us the flow of Sri Radha dhyana with authority and authenticity.
"Incessant dhyana does not mean uttering 'Radhe Radhe' continuously, without any gap or remaining in that bhava. Joy of incessant dhyana means uninterrupted experience of rasa. " These words of Nanna of Nanna clearly depict his state of incessant rasa dhyana. "Only I have the authority and eligibility to speak about Radha. Because only the one who has seen Her can speak about Her and about Sri Radha dhyana yoga", Nanna declared with no uncertainty. It is a well known universal truth that he is none other than Radhasakhi. To become a sakhi, sakhi bhava must be awakened. Even before that, bhava should be awakened. For bhava to be awakened in the inner self, he must attain bhava deha that is beyond sthoola, sookshma and karana dehas (physical, astral and causal bodies). Nanna said, "Bhava deha is Radha's viraha jvala swaroopa". When viraha (pain of separation) arises and keeps burning within any blessed person, it means bhava deha has formed within him. We saw Nanna in this divine state of viraha. His words, songs and path - all contain the flow of Sri Radha's love, bhava and dhyana.
In this song, Nanna incorporated all the four principles of rasa yoga.

These words reflect the quality of Tatsukhena sukhitwam. We must consider Mother's satisfaction and Her comfort as ours. To be like that, we must give up our ego and attachments. As long as you think of I and mine, the bhava of 'Your happiness is mine' will never be attained. Nanna reminded us of those great leaders who did penance continuously without giving up their ego and attachments. So the devotee who wishes to do rasopasana and reach Her holy feet must first and foremost give up ego and attachments. Gradually the bhava that 'Mother's pleasure only is my pleasure' will develop.

These words depict ananya nishta. Radhaji is present as bhava in every atom of all the fourteen worlds. So She is the embodiment of all Gods. She is superimposed on all living beings. We must see the world in this way; we must pray in this way. The thought that 'all other Gods are inferior and it is wrong to worship them' is very narrow minded. You must worship Radhaji who is all pervading and the sovereign of all Gods, even Lord Krishna and see only Her everywhere. This is ananya nishta. Mother will appreciate such worship. That's why Nanna said that unless you see only her in all gods, you would not attain Her grace.

Sri Radha's love should always be reigning in your heart. Radha bhava should be continuously shining within you. Then each and every moment you are in Her presence! What can be more nitya sahacharyam than this? For Radha love and bhava to be continuously shining within you, you must have no other thoughts. If you indulge in any thought other than Radha bhava, you can never attain nitya sahacharyam. Nanna said, 'That bhava should be so intense that you cannot even bear the touch of any other bhava'. So nitya sahachari vratham means filling your heart only with the glow of incessant Radha bhava and Radha prema. Nanna preached that the rasopasaka must yearn to attain this divine state.

Though you may practice several rituals, if all of them pertain to form, it does not amount to complete worship. Some day, the sadhaka must go beyond worshipping the form. He must worship the infinite, endless, all-pervading formless rasa tattwa. Synchronisation of form and formless is completeness. The formless Srividya is the ultimate. Rasa yoga is superior to yoga. Nanna said that 'Many great yogis were unsuccessful because they lacked the touch of Srividya.' We must synchronise the formless Srividya which is full of rasa and the form and pursue our sadhana towards rasopasana.
"Divine Grace does not depend on self efforts or sadhana; it is like 'marjala kishoranyaya' The Mahatma who attains this Divine Grace is filled with that sweet bhava and weeps even when he thinks of Mother. Man is between two pulls - Mother and Maya. The three qualities of Maya - dareshana, dhaneshana and putreshana pull man down. Dhyana helps man to overcome Maya. It is very difficult to do such dhyana. If you are able to do it, you are blessed. In the game of 'snake and ladder', one can go near the goal and fall all the down down if he enters the snakes jaws. We are moving in danger. If we miss Her dhyana even for a moment, we will move away from Her. Mother only is our identity and our life. We must never leave Her. Don't criticise others. Mother will move away from you. Do not give up dhyana till you reach Her feet in the upper dham. Till then, our sadhana is at the beginning stage only.'
We shall move in this path preached by Nanna. Then Radhaji will glance at us and shower Her grace on us. Practice incessant dhyana on Sri Radha. Bhava will arise; you will gain entry to bhava loka and reach the divine feet of Sri Radha, the Bhavaswaroopini (embodiment of bhava) .
